By submitting your work to The Eccentric, you agree to the following:

1. Ownership

You confirm that:

  • You are the creator and rightful owner of the submitted work

  • The work does not infringe on any copyrights, trademarks, or rights of third parties

2. License to Publish

You grant The Eccentric a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  • Publish your work in digital and print formats

  • Display your work on our website and marketing materials

  • Promote your feature across platforms

You retain full ownership of your work.

3. Editorial Rights

We reserve the right to:

  • Edit, format, and curate submitted content

  • Decide whether or not to publish any submission

4. Paid Submissions

  • Payment does not guarantee publication

  • All submissions are subject to editorial review

  • Fees cover curation, design, and placement

5. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information (bio, links, etc.) is accurate.

6. Removal Requests

You may request removal of your content by contacting:

We will make reasonable efforts to process requests.
